Project Description

Cakebread Cellars is a renowned winery known for its world-class setting, culinary events, and hospitality. BCV Architecture + Interiors worked to construct the North Addition, renovate old tank and barrel rooms and expand the production spaces to enhance the winery’s hospitality, production, and administrative offerings. Maintaining the character from the existing infrastructure, new interior and exterior updates were made to create space and allow additional opportunities to host events and social gatherings. Offices, inventory, and production spaces were expanded improving daily operations and created additional space for a new bottling line and press. Three new tasting rooms were established from the conversion of the upstairs storage and bottling line room, giving guests a first hand look at production and settings. The new renovations offer guests and visitors a unique experience for both wine production, tasting, and education of the history of winery.
